Angelstrings beim LEA Award 2016

LEA Award 2016 Angelstrings Helene Fischer and Udo Lindenberg crown the PRG LEA 2016 Angelstrings and the Berlin Show Orchestra provided the musical thread More than 1400 guests and celebrities from culture, business and politics celebrated the winners and nominees of the eleventh edition of the PRG Live Entertainment Award (LEA) in Frankfurt's Festhalle. Angelstrings and the Berlin Show Orchestra celebrated the successful implementation of the LEA 2016 together with stars and 1400 representatives of the live entertainment industry, culture, business and politics many other stars celebrated the successes of 2015 together with their managers, agencies, event organizers and service providers in the industry. With the Berlin Show Orchestra, for the first time this year, a big band accompanied all the presentations of categories and award presentations, which were previously accompanied by clips, and thus pulled a continuous live thread through the event. The feedback on the Berlin Show Orchestra was overwhelming. The Musikmarkt (industry magazine) was also convinced of the new line-up of the industry awards: "The award ceremony received fresh accents through new show elements such as the performance of the Berlin Show Orchestra, which accompanied all presentations of categories and award presentations live with a big band and formed a musical "red thread". Musikwoche (the trade magazine of the industry) also features the Berlin Show Orchestra with the comment "The Berlin Show Orchestra was celebrated". As part of the Berlin Show Orchestra, the Angelstrings provided the perfect classical sound and also showed an excerpt from their show program "The 4 Elements". 250 tons of equipment in an evening of superlatives It was another evening of superlatives: The top-class live music program at the gala included Niedecken's BAP, Santiano, Glas Perlenspiel, Sophie Hunger and the symphonic metal newcomers Beyond the Black on stage. Twelve artists from the Circo National de Cuba had flown in specially from Cuba to offer excerpts from the show "Havana Nights". Technology partner and name sponsor PRG (Production Resource Group) equipped the event with more than 250 tons of equipment. An elaborate stage design, 1000 spotlights and eight LED screens provided an opulent backdrop and brilliant lighting effects. The stage and lighting design comes from bright! & Jerry Appelt Lichtdesign, the most sought-after lighting designer in Germany (e.g. Eurovision Song Contest, Wacken Open Air).
